The rotating beer menu includes eight barrel-aged sour beers, a selection of IPA’s and lagers from their brewpub, and some barrel-aged stouts and quads you will find only at The Oak Room! Wine on draft and an impressive whiskey & cocktail selection are sure to please the pickiest of palates. Their food menu features toasted sandwiches & flatbreads, a fresh house salad, weekly specials, and an amazing charcuterie board that really highlights the tasting experience.
Abridged Cedar Bluff World Headquarters
Their newest venture, you’ll find all things Abridged under one roof at this West Knoxville location. The menu, consisting of craft beer, cocktails, whiskey, wine, and a curated food menu that blends offerings from the original brewpub as well as The Oak Room. HQ exclusive specials are also offered, including seasonal entrees and oak-fired pizzas. Your choice of two bars, plenty of televisions, and patio seating promises an excellent drinking & dining experience.
